Searching for property is always a trouble some task and requires both time and effort. I found a unique real estate with a good feature. It allowed me to search for any property by simply entering the web id.
It is always a good idea to check your neighbourhood sales to get a idea of how much your property can fetch or for how much your home can be sold for. For this all you have to do it to enter the pin of your area and it will show you all the home property that have been sold with details.

In my honest opinion I think that if you have surplus capital to invest than you are eligible to take the risk but if you dont have that much risk taking capabilities and your financial position cannot handle a severe blow than better stay away from it. Just a thought.
